Fourth Carbon Farming Initiative methodology approved

The Carbon Farming Initiative (CFI) is moving ahead, having recently approved a fourth procedure to measure and calculate emissions reductions. But legal experts note that there are several areas under discussion associated with the set-up and establishment of the initiative, including transitioning methodologies, establishing the legal owner of a project, and clarifying the standards for the additionality test key to qualifying for CFI approval.
